My Approach
My professional career spans over 25 years experience in leadership development working with C-suite and team leaders, business owners, and teams that want to be at their very best.
I work with senior leaders, executives, and teams in organisations such as Amazon, Boots, The British Library, Penguin and Unilever, and charities such as Amnesty International, Citizens Advice and Mencap.
I am a qualified and highly skilled coach and facilitator and use a warm and direct approach to help tackle challenges with courage and skill. I work from a psychologically grounded foundation to enable profound shifts towards becoming more impactful and human-centred.
My clients value my intuitive, creative, yet honest style, helping to deepen self-awareness and understand the patterns, assumptions and hidden dynamics that shape how they lead and perform.
I bring curiosity, challenge and often humour, because I believe coaching can be as enjoyable as it is enlightening.
